In this role you will:Hold or currently be working towards a minimum of level 4 qualification in Adult Social Care or Equivalent.2 years'' experience of working with older people in a residential setting.2 years'' experience of direct supervision and managing teams. Obtain registration with the Care Quality Commission within 6 months of commencing post.Be flexible to the needs of the organisation and the service.
