Alcester, EveshamSalary: £ 26,000 - £ 28,000 p.a. + benefitsThe RoleThe Setter / Operator role is full-time Monday to Friday 08 30 hrs (15:00 on hrs finish on Friday), they are seeking a skilled Setter / Operator on rolling mills, slitting/shearing machines and loading of the furnaces on site. You will work as part of a busy team to achieve the required machine throughput of work and ensuring that work is carried out safely and in a clean and tidy manner. Excellent training will provided and the role will require some engagement with the ERP system, hence manufacturing experience is needed for the position.The Person Ideally possessing both manufacturing experience the ability to read a technical drawing, you will be able to draw on previous experience of metal cutting / forming and be able to work in a fast paced, quality driven environment.The role offers excellent training and progression alongside the opportunity to enhance earnings through paid overtime.
