Sous Chef
to oversee staff dining and lead hospitality service for high-end banqueting and private events. This role offers excellent work-life balance, with the majority of shifts running Monday to Friday, plus occasional evening work for special functions.In this varied position, you''ll take responsibility for preparing fresh, high-quality meals for staff while also managing and supporting the smooth delivery of formal events, meetings, and banqueting services. You''ll work closely with the Head Chef to maintain standards, train team members, and ensure both staff dining and hospitality operations run seamlessly.What''s on Offer:£45,000 per year
Predominantly Monday to Friday - weekends mostly free
Core shifts
7am-4pm , plus occasional evening events
40-hour working week
Ongoing training in food hygiene, kitchen safety, and professional development
