Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding Our client is a well-established independent Freight Forwarder that has been trading for over 40 years. During that time, they have built an excellent reputation within the industry and developed a business where personal relationships genuinely matter. They are now looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Business Development Manager with a genuine hunter mentality who can identify, develop and win profitable new customers. This is very much a sales-focused role. Once new business is won, a dedicated operations and customer service team will manage the day-to-day account requirements, allowing the BDM to remain focused on developing relationships, building pipeline and winning new business.
