Prospectus are delighted to be supporting with their search for a Head of Relationship Fundraising, a permanent role with a salary between £49,042 to £54,274 This role will lead the hospice''s Relationship Fundraising strategy, overseeing a team responsible for generating over £1 million annually through philanthropy, partnerships, and community fundraising. Key areas include trusts and foundations, corporates, major donors, and community engagement, including flagship events. The postholder will drive income growth through strategic planning, team leadership, supporter experience, and cross-team collaboration. The hospice need an experienced senior fundraiser with a strong track record in at least two key areas of relationship fundraising such as major giving, corporate partnerships, or trusts and foundations.
