You will act as a central point of contact between tenants, operatives, and internal teams, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling and planning repairs and maintenance works for operativesManaging diaries to ensure maximum productivity and efficiencyHandling inbound and outbound calls from tenants, contractors, and internal teamsPrioritising emergency and urgent repair requestsMonitoring job progress and ensuring works are completed within SLAsLiaising with operatives and subcontractors to resolve scheduling issuesUpdating systems accurately with job status, notes, and outcomesDelivering excellent customer service and managing tenant expectationsRequirementsPrevious experience working in a repairs planning or scheduling role within social housing is essentialStrong organisational and time management skills
