We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer enquiries, following up on quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
  
  
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  
  
• Prepare and issue quotations in a timely manner.
  
  
• Follow up quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
  
  
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• Chase outstanding quotations and identify sales opportunities.
  
  
• Re-engage with lapsed clients and build long-term relationships.
  
  
• Maintain and update customer records within the company database/CRM system.
  
  
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  
  
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  
  

• Previous experience in a sales, telesales, outbound sales or account management.
  
  
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
  
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  
  
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  
  
• Positive attitude with a desire to achieve results.
