Care Manager (Maternity Cover)

Contract duration: 12 months(with possibility of extension for the right candidate)

Salary:£37,000+ Per Annum (DOE)

Location:Hammersmith (Full Time and Office Based)

Hours:40 hours per week, 9.00am 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
