Community Safety Officer - Anti-Social Behaviour
Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council are looking to recruit a Community Safety Officer - Anti-Social Behaviour to join our team based in Ipswich, Suffolk. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £37,280 - £44,075 per annum (pro rata for part time). This role is open to full time, part time, and job share applications, all of which will be assessed equally. About the role As our Community Safety Officer, you will encourage and support others to take an active part in helping the councils develop safe, vibrant and healthy places to live. This is a key role in supporting and developing place-based community development and engagement programmes to help build communities which are safe, strong, cohesive and confident. More specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Babergh and Mid Suffolk''s approach to preventing and designing out crime and disorder in particular anti-social behaviour (ASB) within our local communities.
