A genuine opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, you will be an expert in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, working on a PANAMA style shift pattern.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily maintenance tasks and machinery improvementsIdentify and resolve faults using root cause analysisSupport engineering projects and continuous improvement initiativesPromote a proactive PPM cultureAssist in machine setup with operationsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standardsCommunicate with stores and teams to maintain smooth operationsWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:NVQ Level 3 / BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringPractical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environmentGood understanding of PPM systems and maintenance best practicesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsFamiliarity with PLC systems and control panels (desirable)If this role would be of interest, then please apply now!
