We are looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our clients Major Project team in either Bodmin or Redruth on a hybrid basis. Key Duties Bring vital financial and commercial control to a portfolio of projects, by ensuring accurate cost planning, effective budget management, and early identification of risks or overruns to support the Project team. Driving value for money through informed procurement and design decisions, Manage contracts and variations with fairness and compliance Maintain robust financial assurance and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Experience Experience within electrical infrastructure, utilities, or civil engineering environments desirable. Working knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles. Competent in cost verification, progress measurement, and assurance reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
