Accounts AssistantPertemps are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a leading manufacturing company based in Fordingbridge. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:- Process purchase ledger invoices in multiple currencies- Ensuring prices, quantities and coding are correct- Reconcile credit cards monthly- Perform regular supplier statement reconciliation and resolve issues- Prepare fortnightly payment runs- Maintain purchase ledger and ensure detailed reconciliations of balances- Management of supplier invoice queries, liaising with other departments- Maintenance of cash books and all bank accountsRequirements:- Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant- Available immediately- High level of attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Proficient in MS Office- Knowledge of 123 Insight (MRP System) is desirableThe role- 12 month fixed term contract- 28,000 - 30,000 depending on experience- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday- Fully officed basedIf you are interested is this Accounts Assistant position, please apply below with an up to date CV or call Jemma at Pertemps.
