The project manager should have an appropriate background which will include management, budgeting and analysis, and QS skills would be an advantageThe Role:Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects, ensuring flawless executionEnsure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all projectsDevelop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb projects. To include clear objectives, and plans to stakeholders for technical feasibilityManage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress comprehensivelyUtilise verification techniques to handle changes in scope, schedule, and costsMeasure project performance, report to management, and escalate issues as necessary while maintaining relationships with all involved partiesRequirements:Track record in construction, fit out, refurb and building project managementExperience in new build steel portal frame buildingsExperience leading projects from cradle to graveKnowledge and experience with appropriate software’s, Microsoft Project etc
