You ll prepare properties for move-in, assist with belongings, and teach everyday skills like meter readings, cleaning routines, and basic maintenance. Working closely with landlords and professionals, you ll spot issues early to keep tenancies stable and empower residents through trauma-informed, strengths-based practice. You ll need experience supporting vulnerable people, safeguarding knowledge, and practical problem-solving skills. Empathy, patience, and confidence in teaching household skills are essential. Job Requirements: Help residents set up their new homes assembling furniture, installing essentials, carrying out safety checks, and ensuring properties are move-in ready.
