Key Responsibilities Support children including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver individual and small-group interventions. Adapt activities and resources to meet pupils'' individual learning, communication, and sensory needs. Promote children''s social, emotional, language, and physical development. Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. Observe, monitor, and record pupils'' progress and share feedback with staff and parents as appropriate. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Build positive relationships Person Specification Experience working with primary-aged children in a school setting. Good English and Maths skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Patient, caring, and able to engage and support pupils.
