We are seeking an experienced Demolition Operative for our client’s project in the Oxford area.

Job Title: Demolition Operative
Location: Oxford
Pay Rate: £18–£20 per hour
Hours: 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• Valid CCDO Card
• Full PPE
• Previous demolition experience
• Experience working safely around structural elements
• Ability to follow site instructions and health & safety procedures

Duties include:

• Demolition of lifts and stairwells
• Demolition and removal of brickwork
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working area
