The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, cashflow management and supporting the Directors with commercial decision-making.Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day finance functionPreparing monthly management accountsCashflow forecasting and reportingBudget preparation and financial planningOverseeing purchase and sales ledger functionsManaging payroll processes and controlsCIS administration and reconciliationVAT returns and statutory reportingBank reconciliations and balance sheet reviewsDeveloping and improving financial processes and controlsSupporting year-end accounts and external accountantsProducing financial reports for Directors and stakeholdersMonitoring project profitability and cost reporting About You Qualified or qualified by experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Previous experience within a Financial Controller positionConstruction industry experience highly desirableStrong understanding
