The role would suit a motivated Planner looking to develop their consultancy experience within a collaborative, client-focused environment.The RoleAs a Planner, you will be involved in the delivery of planning advice across projects at varying stages, from initial site appraisals through to planning applications and appeals.Key responsibilities include:Preparing and managing planning applications and supporting documentationUndertaking planning appraisals and policy researchSupporting appeal submissions and Local Plan representationsLiaising with local authorities, consultees and clientsAssisting senior planners with project delivery and client managementAbout YouTo be successful in this Planner role, you will ideally have:A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related disciplineExperience working in a planning consultancy or local authority environmentA good understanding of the UK planning systemStrong written and verbal communication skillsA proactive and organised approachProgress toward RTPI accreditation (or willingness to work towards it)Why Apply?This Planner position offers the chance to progress your care
