We are looking for a Collections Supervisor for a small family run business due to company expansion. Based in the heart of Altrincham, this is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for career and professional development but hasnandrsquo;t yet come across the right opportunity. The company is dedicated to providing high standards of quality and meaningful engagement; therefore the ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven to succeed, have the ability to articulately write documents and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing and building KPIs.
• Supervising the collections team
• Debt recovery

What youandrsquo;ll need:

• Articulate with strong communication skills
• Experience building and analysing KPIs
• Supervised a team of at least 2 employees
• Highly motivated and eager to develop
• B2C debt collection
