Production Engineer - CNC Background

Location: Cirencester, UK

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
Salary: -35,000 to -45,000 + Training, Medical, Great Pension, Free Canteen

The Role:

• Manage and troubleshoot CNC machinery
• Optimise CNC programmes and setups
• Train and develop production teams
• Support quality inspections and corrective actions
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement
• Improve production efficiency and output
• Resolve technical and equipment issues

What They''re Looking For:

• Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong CNC setting, operating and programming skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
