The Role: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support our Store Manager in our Birmingham location. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring outstanding customer service, and inspiring your team to deliver excellence. Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across both stores. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently high. Manage stock control and ensure effective inventory management. Assist with training and developing team members to maximize their potential. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. About You: Previous retail management or assistant management experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and people management skills.
