Compliance and Business Support Coordinator
Location: Harpenden (Office-Based)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance and Business Support Coordinator to join our Harpenden office. This is a pivotal role within the business, acting as the central coordination point for compliance, workforce competence, fatigue management, documentation control, KPI reporting, and plant and equipment monitoring.You will work closely with Operational, HSQE, and Management teams to ensure the business remains fully compliant with industry standards and internal procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration and Workforce CoordinationMaintain and update accurate workforce records.Add new staff to internal systems and monitor competencies.Arrange renewals, medicals, DandA testing, e-learning and TVPs.Manage sub-sponsorship requests.Ensure full compliance with Sentinel requirements and reporting.Training and Competency ManagementMonitor staff competency expiry dates and coordinate renewals.Organise non-Sentinel training and record completions.Maintain and update the company competency database.Produce regular reports on training status and upcoming expiries.HR and OnboardingCoordinate onboarding of new starters, including:Registration packsRight to Work checksDriver licence checksCollection of competency evidenceIssue offer letters and contracts of employment.Maintain secure, compliant
