Key Responsibilities:
Conduct generative user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviours.
Conduct evaluative user research to assess the success of design decisions
Create engaging narratives and stories based on research findings to communicate insights effectively.
Helping to develop user research as a discipline, advocating for best practice and articulating the benefit to stakeholders and colleagues

Skills:
Experience in user research
Strong storytelling skills with an ability to present complex information clearly.
Familiarity with creating user journey maps or E2E diagrams is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
Salesforce experience is a strongly preferable, some experience with SaaS is a must
