Are you a professional, friendly and organised Receptionist looking to join a well-established law firm in the heart of Leeds?We are seeking a Front of House Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our client''s business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work within a professional legal environment while supporting colleagues across the wider business.Location: Leeds City Centre (LS1)Salary: 25,000 - 26,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)The RoleAs the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional front of house experience while providing administrative support to the legal team.Key responsibilities include:Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and members of the public in a professional and welcoming mannerManaging a busy switchboard and directing calls efficientlyPreparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are presented to a high standardOrdering lunches and refreshments for meetings and eventsAssisting with the organisation and set-up of internal and client eventsRearranging meeting room furniture where required (manual handling involved)Providing general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining legal case filesSupporting departments across the wider business with day-to-day administrative tasksEnsuring the reception area remains tidy, professional and welcoming at all timesAbout YouWe''re looking for ..... full job details .....
