We''re working with a globally renowned brand that is on the lookout for a
Head of Reward
to cover a maternity leave. Headquartered in London, this is a fast-paced business with a workforce of over 2,000 and still very much in growth and build mode.Responsibilities
Lead a small People and Talent team and own reward frameworks across the UK and EMEA.Take responsibility for the global annual pay and bonus review cycle.Ensure competitiveness and equity in compensation, shape benefits programmes, and guide international mobility.Provide data-led insights that influence decision-making at the highest level.Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery; act as the subject-matter expert and lead voice on Reward, while collaborating with the business and supporting operational execution.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a
Head of Reward

Significant experience in senior reward roles within international organisations, ideally with exposure across UK and EMEA.Strong technical expertise in compensation, benefits, and mobility; ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
