About the Role: Our well-established Freight Forwarding client based in South East London is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive European Transport Coordinator to join their client dynamic logistics team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating trailer movements across Europe, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of both import and export shipments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FCL (Full Container Load), LCL (Less than Container Load), and palletized cargo, and a strong understanding of European road freight operations. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and monitor Groupage deliveries, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and transit times. Schedule and monitor FCL, LCL, and pallet load deliveries, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and transit times. Liaise with carriers to agree prices, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Resolve delivery issues and proactively manage delays or disruptions. Requirements: Proven experience in European trailer groupage and/ or road freight logistics. Strong knowledge of Road Freight Groupage Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office tools.
