Net Temps are currently recruiting labourers for a busy modular build factory based in Wincham, Northwich (CW9). The ideal candidate must have experience with manual labour on site and have a CSCS card. Hours: 6:45am-4:45pm Monday- Thursday, 6:45am-3:30pm Fridays. Pay: 15 per hour dependant on experience, plus holiday pay. This is a temp to perm position, so after 12 weeks the client would look to award you with a permanent contract. Due to this, please apply with a full CV. Responsibilities: Perform physical labour helping to make modular homes. Fitting windows, installation and flooring. Ensure that the job site is clean and safe for others at all times. Basic painting and plastering. Use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment needed for construction projects. Loading and unloading construction materials. Assembling modular builds. Requirements: MUST have CSCS card. Previous experience labouring on site. Must have own transport to site due to the location. Modular construction is a process where buildings are constructed within controlled plant conditions before being transported and assembled at a final location.
