These will sometimes require overnight stays, which are fully covered by expenses.The main duties include:Training and supporting new and existing site administratorsEnsure accurate information is provided for the Accounts receivable functionEnsure that the payroll information provided and the systems that are relied upon for payroll are accurateSupport the sites to understand and follow purchase ledger policiesSupport the sites so that they understand how to fully reconcile their petty cash and service user moniesProvide assurance that sites are 100% audit compliantLiaise with all finance functions and internal audit to understand areas where additional training is neededOur client is looking for a candidate who has:Experience of working in a Senior Administrator roleExcellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with people at all levelsGood Excel skillsThe ability to work well in a fast paced environment and on own initiativeExcellent organisational skillsA full UK drivers ..... full job details .....
