This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that provide temporary housing and support to young homeless people. We are looking for an experienced person to join our team and help maintain the properties and grounds we own in Newark. The Role The purpose of the Maintenance Person will be to ensure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard and provide the residents with a safe, comfortable and pleasant environment in which to live. In addition to maintaining all records in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines. The principle responsibilities will include: Carry out health and safety and general maintenance checks. Complete job reports.
