Supporting approximately 30 users, you''ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the company''s IT infrastructure while ensuring security, governance, and operational excellence remain at the forefront of everything you do. Key Responsibilities As the IT Infrastructure Tech Lead, you will: Act as the primary liaison between the business, outsourced Managed Service Provider, and first-line support teams. Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
