Falcon Green is recruiting an MEP Project Manager to join the team delivering a major data centre project at Cambois, near Blyth. Reporting directly to the MEP Project Lead, each Project Manager will take responsibility for their respective discipline, coordinating specialist subcontractors and driving delivery from technical coordination and procurement through installation, testing and commissioning. This role will suit experienced Project Managers who have delivered complex building services packages with a Tier One main contractor or a major MEP subcontractor. Working closely with the MEP Project Lead and wider construction team, you will turn project requirements into coordinated, achievable delivery plans, maintaining control of programme, quality and safety throughout. Key responsibilities include: Managing the delivery of electrical or mechanical works against project milestones. Leading specialist subcontractors, monitoring performance and resolving delivery issues. Coordinating technical submissions, drawings and design information with consultants and the supply chain. Managing procurement schedules, long-lead equipment and installation sequencing. Coordinating interfaces between MEP systems and civil, structural and architectural works. Working with the commercial team to identify changes, manage risk and monitor package costs. Planning and overseeing inspections, testing, commissioning and handover.
