Weandrsquo;re looking for compassionate and dependable SEN Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Crawley and nearby areas. Youandrsquo;ll be providing one-to-one support, working in small groups, and helping to create calm, inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
• Helping children stay focused, confident, and engaged
• Assisting teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
• Creating safe, positive spaces where pupils feel supported
• Adapting to different schools, age groups, and individual needs

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Confidence working across different school settings
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
