This varied role combines classroom-based support during the afternoon with supervision and engagement within the school''s after-school provision. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with children and supporting their development both in and beyond the classroom.The Role Learning Support Assistant (12:00pm - 3:30pm) • Support pupils within the classroom environment • Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences • Support children with their academic, social and emotional development • Deliver small group and one-to-one interventions where required • Promote positive behaviour and independence Wraparound Care Assistant (3:30pm - 6:00pm)• Supervise pupils attending the after-school provision• Organise and support engaging activities, games and creative play• Encourage positive relationships and social development• Maintain a safe, caring and inclusive environment• Promote children''s wellbeing and enjoyment at the end of the school dayWhat We''re Looking For• ..... full job details .....
