The successful candidate will:

• Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching and learning
• Develop an engaging and ambitious curriculum across KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Raise attainment and progress through strategic leadership and effective intervention
• Support, coach, and develop staff within the department
• Use data intelligently to monitor performance and drive improvement
• Promote a love of mathematics through enrichment opportunities and wider participation
• Contribute fully to the wider life of the school and its leadership culture

• Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong subject knowledge
• Has successful middle or senior leadership experience within a secondary setting
• Has a proven track record of raising achievement in Mathematics
• Is passionate about delivering an exceptional education for every student
• Has excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Can motivate and inspire both students and colleagues
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
