The Opportunity: As a Stores Manager, you ll play a key role in: Leading and supporting a team of three, creating an organised, efficient and collaborative stores environment. Managing stock and materials, overseeing goods-in, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stocktakes and effective storage and traceability. Supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring components, kits and sub-assembly packs are prepared accurately and available when needed. Improving processes and systems, maintaining reliable MRP records, identifying opportunities to reduce inefficiencies and introducing practical improvements. Working across departments, collaborating with Production and Purchasing while contributing to future ERP implementation plans and maintaining safe working practices.
