Our client is a national, reputable organisation headquartered in Newcastle. To provide additional capacity to the People team, they are looking to appoint an experienced People Partner on a 3 month fixed term contract. This role will offer immediate hands-on support across a broad range of HR activity during a period of heightened operational demand. Reporting into the Head of People, key accountabilities include: Delivering day-to-day HR support across operational and strategic activity within a commercial environment. Building strong relationships with leaders to ensure a consistent, high-quality HR service. Supporting the HR Leadership team with change activity, including TUPE processes where required. Reviewing and updating People Policies and Procedures in line with legislative changes. Providing best-practice HR advice and guidance to stakeholders across the organisation. Contributing to change management and transformation initiatives. Leading and supporting a variety of short-term HR projects. Managing a range of Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and organisational change. Advising senior managers on HR initiatives including Performance Management, Talent Development and Training. Coaching and mentoring a small team of People Advisors to ensure consistent delivery.
