Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Residential Property team in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded property professional to join a busy and growing team handling a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Managing new build and Help to Buy transactions • Advising on shared ownership matters • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and referral partners • Maintaining regular client communication and providing updates throughout transactions • Ensuring files are maintained accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements • Managing ongoing case progression and meeting transaction deadlines • Attending team meetings and contributing to departmental objectives • Participating in networking and business development activities • Achieving agreed billing and performance targets • Ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures The Candidate • A minimum of 2 years'' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently • Strong knowledge of freehold and ..... full job details .....
