An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to join an established, growing ecommerce business.

This is a hands-on, varied role combining brand development, CRM, product marketing and multi-channel campaign delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership of customer engagement, retention and brand consistency, creating compelling campaigns that drive measurable commercial results.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership, balancing creative thinking with a data-led approach to marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging product marketing campaigns across digital channels.

• Own CRM and email marketing, including segmentation, automation and customer lifecycle journeys.

• Drive customer retention, repeat purchase and lifetime value.

• Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging and creative standards.

• Manage campaign content, creative briefs and external partners.

• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and commercial KPIs.

• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and revenue.

• Manage marketing budgets and maximise return on investment.

About You

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive within ecommerce, retail or a consumer brand.

• Strong hands-on CRM and email marketing experience.

• Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• A strong understanding of brand marketing, customer engagement and product storytelling.

• Commercially driven, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Confident managing creative content, external partners and multiple priorities.

• A proactive, organised individual who enjoys both strategy and hands-on delivery.
