This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with a strong electrical background and experience in commercial building services or facilities maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and fault finding across a range of electrical and mechanical building systems. You will need to be confident working independently, managing your own workload and delivering a professional, customer-focused service while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks independently.Diagnose, fault-find and repair electrical and mechanical building services systems.Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including AHUs.Carry out testing, repairs and maintenance of lighting systems.Maintain fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.Conduct water temperature testing in line with L8 compliance requirements.Maintain pumps, motors, actuators and generators.Work on three-phase power supplies and UPS systems.Demonstrate a basic understanding of heating systems, including pipework and heat exchangers.Ensure all ..... full job details .....
