Key Requirements: At least 12 months of paid UK experience in the health and social care sector Proven experience working with children and young people (minimum one year) Background in support work or youth work is essential Flexibility to travel within the area and adapt to varying shift patterns, including weekends and night shifts Resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable young people NVQ Level 3 in children and young people is preferred but not mandatory Must be registered with Social CareAdditional Details: Driving licence is preferred This role requires in-person attendanceWhy Join Us?
