Overview: My Client are providing comprehensive turn-key services for London''s state-of-the-art HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common. to deliver MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical Public Health, Fire and Communications) systems works. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Design Manager to join my clients Design Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in rail station building services design and coordination. As a Design Manager, you will be a senior member of the team and will be required to support the Associate Director, who leads the MEPHFC team. You will lead and manage Engineers and be responsible for the production and delivery of MEPHFC designs. We are looking for someone who''s dedicated, diligent, and driven, and will take this challenge head on, being an important part of a dynamic team with big ambitions. You will be based on site 3 days a week at our Design office at Elephant and Castle. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for providing a clear vision and team direction by leading a high-performing team through the effective management, development and empowerment of staff. Manage internal and external resources to produce outputs/deliverables in line with contract requirements and client expectations. Establish and manage Technical Assurance processes, in line with project and client requirements, and rail industry norms and best practice. Retain full control of project programmes, interrogate supply chain programmes and
