Are you an AV Installation Engineer from a Commercial or Residential background looking to move into high-end Smart Home Automation, with specialist training in Crestron, Control4 and AV programming, alongside opportunities to progress into Senior Engineer positions?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist AV company delivering bespoke home cinemas, lighting control and smart home automation systems across luxury residential properties in London. You''ll work on high-quality installations, with the opportunity to develop your skills beyond traditional commercial AV.

You''ll receive hands-on training from experienced engineers, including the opportunity to learn AV programming and commissioning. With projects typically running over several months and a growing team, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and progress with the business.

The Role

• Install and second-fix AV equipment, including screens, speakers, control systems and associated cabling.

• Carry out cable termination, equipment connections, testing and fault-finding.

• Work from technical drawings and schematics on bespoke residential installations.

• Receive specialist training in smart home automation, programming and commissioning.

About You

• Hands-on installation experience within Commercial AV, Residential AV, CCTV, Security, Access Control or Lighting Controls.

• Experience with second-fix installation, cabling, terminations or equipment installation.

• Comfortable working on-site and taking pride in high-quality installation work.

• Interested in developing programming skills and progressing into more technical responsibilities.

• A UK driving licence, or actively working towards obtaining one.

Package & Progression

• -35,000 - -45,000 depending on experience.

• Training in Crestron, Control4 and smart home automation technologies.
