Support Coordinator We''re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in the Durham area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. Position: S11233 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home-based, Durham. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings) Salary: £19,596 per annum (FTE £27,400 per annum) Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week Contract: Permanent. However, services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.
