Do you want to take ownership of a service operation, leading engineers, managing customer relationships and driving the efficient delivery of aftersales support across multiple sites? This expanding machinery solutions business specialises in supplying, servicing and supporting construction equipment across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Service Manager to oversee their service operations across the region. In this role, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service function, coordinating engineers, prioritising workloads and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.
