CHARTERED SURVEYORKFH Chartered Surveyors • £Competitive, aligned to experience • Home Based (London and South)ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join our Survey and Professional Services team, delivering high quality valuation and professional survey work for major UK lenders and private clients.This is a home based role offering genuine professional autonomy within a stable and technically strong environment, with centrally coordinated inspections and diary support.Your workload will include lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes, and where appropriate, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys. Volumes are structured to ensure quality and defensibility remain the priority.This is a role for a confident MRICS professional who values credibility, independence and long term career stability.ROLE EXPECTATIONSThis role requires strong technical capability, commercial awareness and disciplined compliance.You will manage your workload independently while maintaining high reporting standards and regulatory alignment.You will:Undertake valuation and survey work in accordance with lender and RICS standardsDeliver accurate, robust reports within agreed SLAsFollow specific lender guidance and Red Book requirementsMaintain CPD in line with RICS regulatory obligationsKeep up to date with market and regulatory developmentsAdhere to Quality Assurance, Health and Safety and internal compliance proceduresYou will build trusted
