Day-to-day of the role: Assist solicitors in managing caseloads across various litigation matters including civil disputes, commercial litigation, debt recovery, property disputes, and contentious probate.Draft legal documents such as court forms, witness statements, instructions to counsel, trial bundles, and correspondence.Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries for fee earners.Manage incoming correspondence, diarise deadlines, and track key dates for court filings and hearings.Liaise professionally and efficiently with clients, courts, counsel, and third parties.Prepare and paginate court bundles for hearings, trials, and mediations.Maintain accurate file records in compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide general administrative support to the litigation team as needed.
