You will work closely with customers to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and integration issues while meeting agreed SLAs.Key responsibilities include:Providing application support via ticketing systems, email, and phoneTroubleshooting and resolving application and integration issuesManaging incidents and service requests within defined SLAsInvestigating complex technical issues with a structured, analytical approachDocumenting issues, resolutions, and support processesParticipating in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays)Required QualificationsExperience supporting Windows workstation and server environmentsExperience with web technologies and environments, including browsers and IISWorking knowledge of SQL Server and database-driven applicationsStrong general computer literacy and application usage skillsAbility and willingness to travel domes
