A welcoming Specialist School in Wokingham is seeking a committed Complex Needs Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This Complex Needs Assistant role involves supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism (ASD), PMLD, and physical disabilities.

As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support
* Assist with personal care where required
* Support pupils with communication, sensory, and physical needs
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
* Promote independence and confidence in pupils
* ASAP start in a well-connected Wokingham location

This Complex Needs Assistant role would suit individuals with experience in care, support work, or SEN settings. Experience with complex needs or personal care is highly desirable.
