Guiding and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers to ensure best practices and high-quality standards.Leading the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.Building and deploying custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Driving DevOps practices including CI/CD and ensuring adherence to testing methodologies.Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and optimizing platform performance.Staying current with Salesforce releases and recommending innovative solutions.Mandatory Skills

Salesforce development with hands-on experience.Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and third-party integrations.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.Microservices, MQ, and APIs.Real-time messaging and batch file transfer.Java EE (J2EE), SQL, Unix/Linux, WebSphere.Seniority level
