Investigo Government Solutions (IGS) are looking for PIP 1 or PIP 2 investigators, for a Protecting Vunerable Persons (PVP) team in Gainsborough, Lincoln. This is a 9 month contract with possible extension. The role To work as part of a team in PVP to undertake enquiries and to support PVP investigations when required, involving interview of suspects, and gathering of evidence from victims and witnesses, digital media, and other sources. The ideal candidate will have the following:Serious crime/PVP investigatorABE trainedWitness video interviewerHave obtained DC or DS level We offer.£170 p/day, inclusive of holiday payMonday to Friday, early and late shiftsPart time, 3 or 4 days a week consideredContinuous professional development Duties involve.Evidence Gathering:Securing and reviewing evidence, including witness statementsCCTV, and documentary evidenceVictim and Witness Support:with victims and witnesses in a sensitive and professional manner.File Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of case file material and other operational documents Essential CriteriaPIP 1 or PIP 2 accreditationSuccessfully trained in Video Witness InterviewingExperience of conducting PVP and/or serious complex investigationsPossess a sound knowledge of IT skills including Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to effectively use force IT systems following trainingDemonstrates the ability to review and present information with accuracy and clear attention to detailBe able to carry out ..... full job details .....
